Yes. Redeem keys in your dashboard to upgrade to a higher rank. Downgrades are also possible, though rank reductions reset your daily credit pool. Your membership tier takes effect immediately upon key redemption or downgrade request.
No. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including credits, keys, and memberships. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, even if your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
